AI is transforming how intellectual property is created, searched, and challenged. I believe we are at the end of the beginning. AI accelerates science and technology, but volume is not the goal. We need quality. We need disruptive ideas that create meaningful value for both people and planet. However, organizational IP structures are not evolving at the same pace. In many ways, the IP process remains the same.
AI is powerful, but it is still a tool.
