For more than 25 years, I have worked across the full journey of innovation, from creation processes to
protected assets, through industry, consultancy and patent office perspectives. Titles like innovation
architect, IP strategist or process developer are just labels. My focus is on how I can help you — regardless of
what we call it.
Formerly CEO of SSAB Technology AB and Head of IP Management at SSAB Group, I led the merger of Swedish and
Finnish IP organisations into one global, LEAN-driven structure. Although the global brands were among the most
valuable assets, the patents were equally important to secure freedom-to-operate. Before that, as a senior
consultant at AWA, I helped both SMEs and global companies refine ideas into value-creating assets — often
working directly within the client teams. My journey began in 2001 as an Examiner at the Swedish Patent and
Registration Office in Stockholm.
